Our goal is to provide a peer to peer open discussion about the issues we confront as young people in the workplace, and in this strange era of competition and mega success. How do we pursue our passions, and take control of our lives, while still becoming successful, profitable enough to give back, and get the ball rolling toward a progressive future? It may sound impossible, but we believe that at least talking about it will start the ball rolling, and hopefully trigger the big steps our generation needs to take to move forward. There is not a single answer. But we are posing the question, hoping it inspires a move in a better direction. It is up to our generation (and those who follow) to continue this discussion, ensuring constant progress. The path is ever-changing, to stay on our toes, we must keep consciously adapting. To start, we need you share your inspiration, experiences, feelings, and ideas through blogs, and various forums throughout the website.
